Born a twin on August 19, 1968 to William and Diane Saksa. She was raised in Stratford, CT and graduated from Southern CT State University with BS in Business Management.  She worked her way up in management at the Bargain News, an advertising paper in Connecticut, and has worked there since 1985.

Rhea met Nicholas D'Agosto IV at a wedding and had their first date on July 11, 1992 (coincidentally the same date as Nicholas IV's parents' first date 29 years earlier).  They were married on May 10, 1997.  They now reside in Trumbull and, with the birth of Nicholas V, started their family.  Their new son, Anthony, was born on May 2, 2003.
